Who runs Rituals
Rituals
An independent app run by an individual developer
Email: hello@rituals.team
Rituals is the app "Rituals: Find Your People" and the website rituals.team. The operator above is the controller of personal data processed through them (see the Privacy Policy).
How to reach us
- Help with the app, a booking or a payment: hello@rituals.team.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, objection): hello@rituals.team with the subject "Privacy". You can delete your account yourself: in the app (You tab → Delete account, at the bottom) or without the app at rituals.team/delete-account.
- Reporting content or a person: in the app from a profile, a chat message, after a session or from a crew photo; anything else, such as a session listing, by email with the subject "Report".
- Child safety: see Child Safety Standards.
We answer in English. We usually reply within two working days, and faster for safety reports.
Digital Services Act
Our single point of contact for users, and for authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, is hello@rituals.team (subject "DSA"). We accept communications in English.
Anyone can notify us of content they consider illegal through the report options in the app or by email; tell us where the content is, why you consider it illegal, and your name and email (unless the notice concerns child sexual abuse material). How we moderate and how to appeal is set out in the Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Payments
Seat payments in the app are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The Rituals Pass is sold through the App Store and Google Play. Hosts who are paid through Rituals hold a Stripe connected account and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Disputes
If something has gone wrong, write to us first; most problems are solved by email. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also use the alternative dispute resolution entities of your country. In Portugal, consumer disputes up to a set value can be taken to a consumer arbitration centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo); the list of entities is at consumidor.gov.pt. A complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) is available at livroreclamacoes.pt.
